We Want You to Feel at Home Before You Even Walk In

Hey there, Dr. T here. I wanted to take a minute to show you around and let you know exactly what to expect when you come in for the first time. Because honestly, one of the biggest reasons people put off going to the dentist is not knowing what they are walking into. So let me take that off the table right now.

Where Are We Located?

We are on 174th Street in Benson. Super easy to find.

•We are just two minutes north of IKEA and Valley Medical Center

•We are right across the road from CVS and McDonald’s

•We are on the upper level — the biggest suite in the building, second story to the right

•Walk up the stairs and we are the first door on the right

And the parking lot? It is massive. Tons of places to park. You will not be circling the block looking for a spot.

What Does the Office Feel Like?

The first thing you are going to notice when you walk in is that the lobby is very spacious. Think of it more like a spa than a dental office. It is relaxing. We have a beverage center, some nice music playing, and you will be warmly greeted by our front desk team right away.

We will get you settled, take care of any paperwork if there is anything to fill out, and get you going. No long waits. No cold, sterile waiting room vibe. Just a calm, welcoming space where you can actually relax.

What Happens on Your First Visit?

Once we are ready for you, we walk you back and we take some time to actually get to know you. That is important to us. We want to understand what you want, where you want to be, and what has been going on with your teeth.

From there, we take some X-rays so we can see exactly what we are working with. Then we sit down together — and this is where it gets really organized.

You will meet with Jasmine. She is great. She will put together your full treatment plan, walk you through everything in sequence, and make sure you know exactly what you are getting into — including financing options if that is part of the conversation. By the time you leave that first visit, you will have a clear picture of your path forward. No guessing, no surprises.

What About a Cleaning?

We will do our very best to get you a cleaning on that first visit. If we are not able to fit it in, we will get you on the books with our hygienist, Brittany.

Brittany has been doing this for 20 years. She is phenomenal — and well worth the wait. She is actually my own personal hygienist. I trust her with my own teeth. That should tell you something.
