Missing Teeth, Broken Teeth, or a Smile You’re Tired of Hiding?
If you’re dealing with a mouth full of missing teeth, broken teeth, or teeth that just don’t feel stable anymore, you don’t have to live with it — and you don’t have to wait months to see a real change. At Denovo Dental Studio, our full arch, same-day smile procedure replaces an entire row of teeth with a permanent, implant-anchored smile in a single appointment.
How a Same-Day Whole New Smile Works
Here’s what your visit actually looks like, start to finish:
You’re comfortable the whole time. You’ll be sedated and numbed, so you’re relaxed and pain-free throughout. We’ve built the experience around your comfort — a large TV, noise-cancelling headphones, and a blanket while you rest.
We remove what isn’t working. Any remaining broken, decayed, or unstable teeth are gently removed.
Implants go in the same day. Titanium implants are placed to act as permanent anchor points for your new smile — no separate healing appointment required before your temporary teeth go in.
Your new teeth are 3D printed on site. While you’re in the chair, we design and print a custom, natural-looking set of teeth built specifically for your bite and facial structure.
You walk out the same day. The new arch is securely bolted to your implants from the back side, so nothing shows from the front — it looks and feels like a natural, permanent smile. (If you’re replacing both upper and lower arches, plan on a bit more time in the chair, since we’re crafting two full sets.)
Why We Don’t Rush the “Final” Teeth
You may have seen ads promising permanent final teeth on day one. We don’t do that, and here’s why: your gums are naturally inflamed right after surgery, and as they heal over the following months, they recede and reshape. If your final teeth are fitted too early, that shrinkage leaves gaps between your gums and your teeth — which means air leaks, altered speech, and food getting trapped.
Instead, you’ll wear a fixed, bolted temporary smile for about three months while everything heals. This isn’t a downside — it’s actually the smart way to do it. You get to test-drive your new smile in real life: how it feels to talk, chew, and see yourself smile every day. We fine-tune the length, shape, and fit along the way. By the time your final, permanent smile is ready, your gums and implants are fully healed, and we already know exactly what works for you. It’s the same approach we use for our own families.
